1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing software and digital services from SkwirlyNuts Inc. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Licensing and Digital Assets

Purchases of NuttTauri, Nutter Cloner Packs, and associated developer licenses grant non-exclusive, perpetual access to the binary software and updates according to your license tier.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Limitation of Liability

Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
